If you're not happy with your purchase from Ohmycables.com for any reason, you can return it to Ohmycables for a replacement or refund within the timetable below. The time period starts from the day of your delivery.
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Once created, you will have 30 days to return the item(s) to Ohmycables.com.

If our Customer Service team requests the products back, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. If the customer is sending the products back for a refund, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee.
It is the shipper's or customer's responsibility to safely pack and ship the returning items to ensure the product does not get damaged in transit.
Damaged Items Upon Delivery
If your item(s) arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer service team within three days of your order being delivered. Photos may be requested to submit a claim to our shipping carrier.
If you product is defective we will replace your defective product in accordance with the warranty associated with the defective item product type.

You may return non-defective products within 30-days of purchase for any reason. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping. Returned items may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Please obtain an RMA# from our Customer Service prior to shipping any product back to us.
Return Processing Time
Once processed, you will receive instruction through your RMA request to return your item(s). You will have 30 days to return the item(s) to Ohmycables. After we receive your product into our warehouse, processing time for a refund back to you can be 5-7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order is being refunded due to our internal error such as packing error.
Any package that is returned back to us, including but not limited to refused packages and orders with an incorrect address, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If your order had a free shipping, a $6.99 shipping charge will also be deducted before the refund. If you would like us to re-ship the package, it may incur a separate $6.99 shipping fee.
