General Shipping Policy

OHmyCables ships products same day for orders placed before 5pm EST Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 5pm EST will ship the following business day. Orders ship from NV and PA for most products. If any ordered product cannot be shipped same day, we will notify you. Packages usually take 1-2 business days to be delivered. Tracking information is sent via email once the order is processed. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after processing. Transit times start once the package leaves our warehouse. Please note transit times are not guaranteed and may be delayed by the shipping carrier. Shipping costs are not refundable unless a shipping error was made by OHmyCables.  

Free Shipping

Orders over $50 shipping to the contiguous U.S. are shipped free. Orders under $50 shipping to the contiguous U.S. have a flat rate shipping rate. Any order under 1lb has a flat shipping rate of $3.99. Any order over 1lb has a flat shipping rate of $6.99. Please see the checkout page to see your rate. 

All orders, regardless of the minimum order amount, shipping to non-contiguous U.S. territories will have a USPS rate. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc. Please see the checkout page to see your rate. If you do not see any shipping option, please call us at 1-866-749-9519 for further assistance. 

Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited shipping for order that require a faster delivery. Please enter your shipping information in your cart to view your options and costs. Expedited shipping does NOT guarantee when it will leave our warehouse but guarantees that your delivery will be expedited via air shipment. If you would like to check inventory status to ensure same-day shipping, please call our Customer Service team at 1-866-749-9519. 

USPS PO Box Delivery

We offer USPS PO Box delivery for select items and states. To check if your order qualifies for a PO Box shipping, please call us at 1-866-749-9519. 

Lost Package

If your package shows delivered with the shipping carrier but you did not receive it, we kindly ask that you give them another day to show up. If it still doesn't, please contact us so we can file a claim with the carrier. Any denied claim may result in a separate invoice for the customer.

Returned/Refused Package

Any package that is returned back to us, including but not limited to refused packages and orders with an incorrect address, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If your order had a free shipping, a $6.99 shipping charge will also be deducted before the refund. If you would like us to re-ship the package, it may incur a separate $6.99 shipping fee.
