Return Policy

If you're not happy with your purchase from Ohmycables.com for any reason, you can return it to Ohmycables for a replacement or refund within the timetable below. The time period starts from the day of your delivery.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Once created, you will have 30 days to return the item(s) to Ohmycables.com. To request your own RMA number, please either email customerservice@ohmycables.com or call us at 866-749-9519. 

If our Customer Service team requests the products back, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. If the customer is sending the products back for a refund, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees to ship the products back. 

It is the shipper's or customer's responsibility to safely pack and ship the returning items to ensure the product does not get damaged in transit. 

Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day no-hassle warranty on all products. If you are unhappy with our products for any reason you may return them for a refund within 30 days. OEM Ink & Toner must be unused and unopened to qualify for a money-back guarantee.

Damaged Items Upon Delivery

If your item(s) arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer service team within three days of your order being delivered. All cases of damaged orders are subject to review and we may request photos.

Defective Items

If your product is defective, we will replace your defective product in accordance with the warranty associated with the defective item product type.

  • Compatible Ink & Toner: Limited Lifetime Warranty
  • OEM Ink & Toner: Manufacturer Warranty
  • Speakers: 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty
  • Headphones: 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty

Return Processing Time

Once processed, you will receive instruction through your RMA request to return your item(s). You will have 30 days to return the item(s) to Ohmycables. After we receive your product into our warehouse, the processing time for a refund back to you can be 5-7 business days.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order is being refunded due to our internal error such as packing error.
